ScanJour Online incident reporting ensures an effective handling of system related issues. By using the online incident report, you are guided through providing the necessary information, which allows us to quickly start analyzing the issue and return with additional questions or suggestions for remedial actions.


You gain access to the incident form by entering your designated username and password. Please note that only select superusers and/or IT staff can report incidents directly to ScanJour Support.
